A) WEBSITE REGISTRATION & LOGIN

To register, click on any one of the buttons suggested below:

Complete the required fields in the form.

There are additional 3 features at the bottom of the registration form, also required:

  • Age limitation
  • Terms & conditions

Once done, click ‘Create Account’ below. The following will be shown:

You will receive a verification email, which has to be validated. If you do not receive the email, do check your spam folder.

*Important
Please click on the link available in the email in order to verify the email. The following screen shows the example of the email:

Once email is validated, proceed to login with the email-id and password.

Once logged in, a new section will be made available. You may access the following features:

  • Logout button
  • User Account Details
  • Chapter Bearers Submission
  • Event/Run Submission
  • Media Gallery Submission


C) USER ACCOUNT DETAILS

- Update/edit user details, basic settings and password.


D) CHAPTER BEARERS SUBMISSION

This form is for chapters to submit their latest update of the change of office bearers. All fields marked(*) are mandatory. Upon submission, the information will be verified and updated on the live site by the web administrator.

E) EVENT/RUN SUBMISSION

This form is for chapters to submit information on the upcoming event/run. All fields marked(*) are mandatory.Upon submission, the information will be verified and updated on the live site by the web administrator.

F) MEDIA GALLERY SUBMISSION

This form is for chapters to submit media files, ie. celebration run/event photographs and video links from YouTube/Vimeo. All fields marked(*) are mandatory. Upon submission, the information will be verified and updated on the live site by the web administrator.
